Asbestos Removal Notification

Please provide information regarding upcoming asbestos abatement jobs as soon as possible (normally at least 3 business days in a advance). Non-emergency removal of greater than 10 linear feet or 15 square feet of friable asbestos also requires 10-day state notification.

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that asbestos disposal is coordinated with the OEHS Hazardous Materials staff and a signed manifest, if needed, has been completed for the project.  The yellow copy of the manifest must be returned to the OEHS before leaving campus.
