English Language Institute - Application for Admission

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE APPLICANT: Please complete all required fields on the application form. Complete a Statement of Financial Support form only if applying for a student (F-1) visa.

To be admitted to the ELI, applicants must demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency with official test scores on one qualifying English proficiency exam.  Beginner levels are not being offered at this time.  The minimum scores required are as follows:

  • TOEFL iBT: 50
  • IELTS: 5.0
  • Duolingo: 75
