Send an email to records@med.wayne.edu with your receipt number and the total amount paid. We will need this to track the status of your order.

Duplicate diplomas are printed with the current President and Dean’s names.

If your name has changed since you attended WSU, and you want your diploma issued in your new name, please submit a name change form.
