* As a reminder, the cost of each embroidered lab coat is $35.00.

Payment must be made by check, money order or credit/debit card.

If you pay online via credit/debit card, there is a $3.00 fee for transactions between $22.00 and $105.00, and a 2.9% fee for all other transactions.
