Printmaking Workshop - Wayne State University

The Department of Art and Art History offers a Saturday Printmaking Workshop. The intention of the workshop is to make our specialized printmaking facilities available to artists in the community. Workshop participants should have prior experience working with printmaking media and equipment. This form includes waiver of liability. Checks should be made payable to Wayne State University.

I acknowledge that such activity may involve the risk of personal injury or property damage. In consideration for the right to participate in WSU's Print Workshop, I hereby agree to hold Wayne State University, its officers, agents and employees, harmless from any and all liability which arises from or is occurrance associated directly or indirectly with my participation in the WSU Print Workshop. *
