Please tell us where you are going and what you plan on doing. This way, we can properly outfit you for the best experience possible. *

Tent Rental: Please indicate the type of tent you need and how many (2 person, 4 person, and 6 person)

Backpacks: Please indicate the quantity of backpacks you will need. It will also help us if you indicate the height of each person, so we can provide you with the proper size.

Sleeping Bag Rental (please note our sleeping bags are only rated for weather 30 degrees and above) : Please indicate the quantity of sleeping bags you will need

Cooler Rental: Please indicate the quantity of coolers you will need

Dry Bags: Please indicate the size dry bag you wish to rent and how many per size (60 liter, 38 liter, and 28 liter)

Payment of the total rental fee is required at the time of pick-up. Rentals may be paid only with a credit card. The Department of Campus Recreation does not accept cash or check for rentals. *

The Department of Campus Recreation reserves the right to inspect the equipment up to 5 business days after its return and to charge the renter's credit card or one card for any improper cleaning, drying, packing, or missing parts or damage found at that time. Notice of the charges will be conveyed to the renter via telephone and a receipt will be provided upon request. *

If I do not return the equipment by the date on this form, I will be charged a late fee of $5 per day up to 7 days. After 7 days, we will consider the equipment stolen and will charge the full replacement value of all equipment not returned. It is in my best interest to return all equipment on time, cleaned, and damaged free. *
