Payment, Deposit and Refund Policies

Program Fee: $2,750 which does not include tuition, meals, personal expenses, passport and processing fees.

Program Deposit: The non-refundable program deposit of $575 is due upon acceptance. The remaining balance is due in three equal payments of $725 by the following dates: 11/26/2018, 12/14/2018, 01/11/2019.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals must be submitted in writing.

Refund Policy:

If the participant withdraws 90 days or more before the start of the program, they will be refunded 75% of program fees less $575 non-refundable deposit.

If the participant withdraws 60-89 days before the start of the program, they will be refunded 50% of program fees less $575 non-refundable deposit.

If the participant withdraws 1-59 days before the start of the program, all payments are non-refundable.

Payment, Deposit, and Refund Policy Agreement
I have read and understand the Payment, Deposit and Refund Policies as listed above. I understand that in order to secure my place in the program, a $575 non-refundable deposit is due upon acceptance into the program. I understand that program fees may change due to unexpected increases in airline surcharges. If this occurs, I understand that those fees will be passed on to me.

Release of Student Information

During the course of the student's participation in a study abroad program, the Office of Study Abroad and Global Programs may wish to provide relevant information from the student's educational records to the student's parents or other third parties. Depending on circumstances, information to be released might include student account information, information about the program in which the student is enrolled, or non-emergency information related to the student's health or safety.
