2017 WSU C2 Pipeline Warriors College Experience Student Application - Medicine Track

We are very excited that you are interested in the 4th Annual WSU C2 Pipeline Warriors College Experience. This year, students must apply for the track that they wish to participate in (Nursing, Medicine, Engineering, Social Work, Pharmacy/Health Science or Dentistry).  Each track is limited to 20 Students. The application can be found below and has several parts. Before completing the application, please be sure you have the following items ready to submit:

  • High School Transcript (PDF file)
  • ACT, SAT or PSAT Score (composite score only)
  • Personal Essay (MS Word or PDF file)
  • Career Track Essay (MS Word or PDF File)
You cannot save the application, so it is important to have all of these items ready to upload when you fill it out. There is a PDF version of the application and a pre-application check list available on our website (www.c2pipeline.wayne.edu) if you would like to use it as a draft prior to completing the online version. Upon completion of the application, you will receive an email confirming we've received it. Applicants will be accepted and notified on a rolling basis. You are not officially registered into the program until the registration paperwork that we will send you is completed and returned. It is best to apply early!! The application will remain open until July 7, 2017.

Please Note:  Accepted students attending a C2 Pipeline center will receive full scholarships and attend the program at no cost. For other students, the cost to attend the camp is $300. There is a sliding fee scale for students that receive free/reduced lunch.

Fees: For students attending one of the 15 C2 Pipeline Schools, there is not cost for this camp. For other students, the cost to attend is $300. There is a sliding fee scale available based on the students free/reduced lunch status.

Proof of lunch status is required for the fee reduction. Payment and/or School Lunch Status will need to be submitted with the required camp paperwork.
