Course Information

I understand that I must register for the 3 credit course (ECE 5995) as part of this program. *

Orientation

Prior to departure, each student is required to participate in a 3-4 hour Pre-Departure Orientation. This orientation is MANDATORY. Participants will not be allowed to participate on the program until they have completed the orientation. Please select which orientation you will participate in. *

Visa Processing Meeing

Prior to departure, each student is required to participate in a 2-3 hour Visa Processing Meeting. This meeting is MANDATORY. *

Payment, Deposit and Refund Policies

Program Fee: $370 which includes ONLY visa and health insurance. It does not include tuition, airfare, personal expenses, passport and processing fees.

Program Payment: The full program fee of $370 is due within one week of acceptance.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals must be submitted in writing.

Refund Policy: The $370 program fee is non-refundable.

Payment, Deposit, and Refund Policy Agreement
I have read and understand the Payment, Deposit and Refund Policies as listed above. I understand that I will be notified of my acceptance by an e-mail sent from the Office of Study Abroad and Global Programs that will be sent to the e-mail address I provided on my application. I also understand my acceptance e-mail will include a Program Acceptance Form that I must return within two weeks from the date of my acceptance letter or I will be withdrawn from the program, and agree to adhere to the parameters of the program as outlined by the Office of Study Abroad and Global Programs. I understand that in order to secure my place in the program, a $400 non-refundable program payment is due within one week of being accepted into the program. I understand that program fees may change due to unforeseen program increases. If this occurs, I understand that those fees will be passed on to me.

Release of Student Information

During the course of the student's participation in a study abroad program, the Office of Study Abroad and Global Programs may wish to provide relevant information from the student's educational records to the student's parents or other third parties. Depending on circumstances, information to be released might include student account information, information about the program in which the student is enrolled, or non-emergency information related to the student's health or safety.
