Planetarium shows for non-Wayne State classes and organizations currently cost $75 per show to cover the cost of staffing and supplies. Payment is accepted on the day of the show.

Visit details

Our planetarium seats 60 people and our shows run about one hour in length. In addition to our planetarium shows we can also offer our interactive physics and astronomy demonstrations, which also take about one hour. If your group is over 60 people, we can split you into two groups so that half of the students are in the planetarium while the other half are viewing demonstrations and then reverse the groups. Each additional show or demo show increases the total fee by the cost of a show.
