Alumni Day of Service - Michigan Urban Farming Initiative

Join us as we support the Michigan Urban Farming Initiative for the WSU Alumni Day of Service. The Michigan Urban Farming Initiative is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Detroit's North End that seeks to engage members of the community in sustainable agriculture. They rely on the help of community volunteers.

We will be helping to harvest and distribute vegetables to the surrounding community, weeding the garden beds, and so on.

All Wayne State alumni, their friends and family members over the age of 10 are welcome to volunteer and show their Warriors Together spirit.
