This form used to submit CSD Au.D. graduate students' first name, last name, picture, and class of year and so that they'll display on the grad students listing page.

To remove a student from the page, visit the Submissions section of this form and "Archive" the entry that you would like removed from the page. You can click an entry to edit the submitted information. By default, access to this form has been granted to the csd@wayne.edu account.

For students with no photo, use the gender neutral avartar.

Images must be at least 600x600 in size (square). Blurry or distorted images are subject to removal upon routine audits.
