Request for establishment of institutional, non-WSU professional or WSU non-salaried profile record in the Cayuse Research Suite.

This request allows the proper and thorough vetting of all information that is added to the Cayuse system.  The vetting extends to new institutional and non-WSU personnel records added to Cayuse that can be properly cross-referenced within OVPR Export Control compliance processes. 

If a record yields a result that requires additional review by Export Control, the pertinent Cayuse process and record will be placed on hold until proper review and action is completed.

Cayuse users with standard access can create non-WSU professional profiles after the vetting process.  SPA will create all institutional profiles and WSU non-salaried profiles.
