Retiree Parking Hangtag & OneCard Request Form

Retirees may request a Retiree OneCard and Parking Pass, at no charge, after their job status has been updated to Retiree in banner, which is after you have received your last paycheck. Upon receipt of this form we will review and confirm your status in Banner prior to issuing your new OneCard and hangtag. If you were enrolled in employee payroll deductions you must cancel your parking and return the RFID tag prior to the Retiree tag being issued.

Retiree parking is available as space permits in Parking Structures 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8 ONLY. The benefit of retiree parking is not available in PS3, PS6, the MISB structure or any of the surface lots. Any additional parking access needed is available to Retirees to purchase at staff parking rates. Parking passes should be used by the retiree ONLY. Any misuse of parking privileges by the retiree may result in the loss of the retiree benefit.
