The Humanities Center is pleased to announce the continuation of its Summer Writing Accountability Group program. Launched in Summer 2023 with over 40 participants, this program sponsors the creation of one or more writing groups for faculty, staff, and advanced graduate students. The purpose of this initiative is to encourage and support the production of scholarly research during the summer break. 

Groups may either be pre-determined by participants or formed by the Center's staff on the basis of preferred meeting dates and mode. While the participants themselves determine the mode and frequency of meetings, the Center provides logistical support, physical meeting space (if desired), snacks, and one meal for each group.
