WSU Applebaum Alumni Mentorship Program - Mentor

Thank you for your interest in the WSU Applebaum Alumni Mentorship Program.

This program connects participating Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences students with a professional mentor for one semester. Alumni mentors can be graduates of any of the following participating programs:

Medical Laboratory Science, Mortuary Science, Nurse Anesthesia, Occupational Therapy, Pathologists’ Assistant, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Doctor of Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant Studies, Radiation Therapy Technology and Radiologic Technology

Participating students will have an opportunity to better understand their chosen industry, increase their awareness of pharmacy and health sciences roles and opportunities, and expand their professional network.

After completing this form, you will be added to a group of interested alumni who may be selected to participate in the program as needs arise.
