To complete a concentration, students must complete specific classes listed on Degree Works. Students can only declare one Organizational Leadership concentration. A list of approved concentration requirements can be found on our website.

Eligibility:

• Only students enrolled in the M.S. in Organizational Leadership program are eligible to add a concentration.
• You must be in good academic standing and making satisfactory academic progress with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Concentration requests must be completed and submitted a semester/term before you apply for graduation. Once your graduation audit has started, you may no longer declare a concentration.
• Students cannot earn graduate credit for management subjects they completed during previous studies and should speak with an advisor regarding course substitution options.
